Editorial Policy
We publish original, clearly labeled fan content with a focus on useful explanations, transparent quiz design, and respectful treatment of the source material.
Purpose and audience
Strixhaven College Quiz serves fans who want a lightweight, thoughtful way to explore the five Strixhaven colleges. We aim to create content that remains useful after the initial quiz result: clear explanations, original reflection exercises, practical creative prompts, and links to official setting references. The site is written for entertainment and fan discussion, not as an authority on Magic: The Gathering canon.
Originality standard
We write our own questions, descriptions, guide copy, organization, practical exercises, and user-facing explanations. We do not publish scraped, spun, or automatically copied articles. When we refer to the Strixhaven setting, we summarize facts in our own words and distinguish official background from our own fan interpretation. We avoid reproducing lengthy copyrighted passages, card text, or unlicensed artwork.
Source and attribution standard
For setting facts—such as college names, broad magical disciplines, and color pairings—we prioritize official Wizards of the Coast materials. Where a guide relies on that background, it links to an official reference. A source link does not imply that Wizards of the Coast has reviewed, approved, or endorsed this site.
Quiz and recommendation standard
The quiz uses a disclosed weighted-answer method described in How the Quiz Works. We do not present quiz outcomes as scientifically validated personality findings. Guide pages should offer choices and questions rather than tell readers who they are or what they should do in consequential areas of life.
Updates and corrections
We review content when we find an error, when an official source clarifies a factual point, or when a reader identifies a problem. Substantive corrections will be made promptly and may be noted on the affected page when context is helpful. Cosmetic edits, formatting improvements, and non-material wording changes may not receive a separate notice.
Reader feedback and conflicts
We welcome specific feedback, especially links to official references that show a factual error or a concern about original content. This independent site does not accept payment in exchange for a favorable result, an editorial claim, or a product recommendation. If advertising is displayed, it will be visually separated from editorial content and will not determine the wording of a quiz result or guide.
